Solve the problem behind the problem.

Jonas Sulk developed the polio vaccine. Ella Baker fought for civil rights. The Wright Brothers invented human flight.

These leaders changed the world, but they didn’t act alone. Leaders ask for help, engage supporters, seek experts, and collaborate with storytellers. By solving the engagement problem, they can solve problems, grow businesses, and start movements.

You may not feel the weight of history, but your business, group, project, or startup is important. Does your success depend on engaging others?

Most people believe brainstorming generates ideas. Of course, it does! But more importantly, brainstorming engages hearts and minds and activates the next steps.
