As Beauty & the Boss comes to a close, Gazelle Works emerges with a broader vision: elevating the knowledge and capacity that exists in the marketplace for the benefit of our communities. Inspired by the power of people moving together with purpose, Gazelle Works’ first mission focuses on rehumanizing the job search. 

In this 90-minute PopUpThinkTank, we'll explore one guiding question:

What would it take for marketplace professionals to become community partners—leveraging not just financial capital, but their relationships, expertise, influence, and lived experience to connect people to meaningful work?

This isn't a launch event, a webinar, a panel, or a pitch. It's an invitation to help shape the thinking behind Gazelle Works before the path is fully written. Together, 25+ participants will gather around one shared challenge, contributing in small groups without any pressure to speak to the full room.

Together, we'll explore what it means to move from community service to becoming true community partners—where introductions matter as much as donations, relationships become a form of capital, and meaningful contribution grows from the connections we already have.
