These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service operated by PopUpThinkTank, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to use the Service lawfully.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

4. Participation, Recording & Media Consent

Certain sessions or events may be recorded or photographed. By participating, you grant PopUpThinkTank a limited, non-exclusive right to use recordings, images, names, and likenesses for educational, marketing, and community purposes, unless you notify us in advance of an objection.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and materials (excluding user content) are owned by PopUpThinkTank, Inc. and protected by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopUpThinkTank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PopUpThinkTank from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
