Facilitators receive the templates, resources, technology, and information they need to confidently lead exceptional experiences.
Participant communications are timely, accurate, and customized for every session.
Workflows become simpler, clearer, and better documented each month, making it easier for others to contribute.
Operational systems evolve because of your ideas—not just your execution.
Team members trust that once they provide the date, facilitator, client, creative assets, and event details, you'll take it from there.
You remain calm under pressure, ask thoughtful questions, solve problems resourcefully, and bring joy to the craft of operations.
Over time, you transform the role from supporting operations to leading them—unlocking greater organizational capacity and enabling PopUpThinkTank to offer more sessions, reach more thinkers, and create more impact.
Tools you'll work with
You'll become fluent (if you aren’t already) in Trello, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Jotform, Zapier, Squarespace, and the systems we continue to build. More importantly, you'll continuously improve how those tools work together.
Purpose
Build the operational systems that allow PopUpThinkTank to create more meaningful experiences with greater quality, consistency, and speed.
5–8 hours/week
$28–$32/hour (based on experience)
