Before you book

We're Zoom-first by design, because it works across locations and calendars. We take on a limited number of in-person sessions each year. Contact us to ask about availability.

It depends on what the room reveals and what you need. A leadership team might need a decision-ready deck. A rollout might need a page your whole organization can find and return to. We decide the format together once we see the data. Either way, you also keep all the raw input.

No. The value is in the live exchange. Afterward, you get every raw contribution plus a deliverable designed around what surfaced.

No. Everyone is invited to contribute, and no one is put on the spot.

A $500 deposit reserves your date and is credited toward your session fee. We invoice the balance due on the session date. Enterprise teams can pay by invoice or purchase order, and we're happy to complete vendor onboarding. If you need to reschedule, give us at least two weeks' notice and your deposit moves with you.

Plan on 3–4 weeks for design and invitations. Add a little time if your organization requires vendor setup.
