You'll get advice if you’re leading a startup (or doing something meaningful). Lots and lots of advice. Whether solicited or not, people will have an opinion about how to lead your new company.

Anyone can spout off interesting theories of growth hacks but look no further than actual skin-in-the-game. 

But here’s the thing about advice, ideas, and brainstorming. The idea is far less important than the energy and engagement that can come with it. Transition the conversation from hearing advice to an invitation to help take action.
